Assignments have included complex commercial properties, light industrial, vacant land, multi-family residential, single-family homes, subdivisions, and specialty uses such as residential care and nursing homes, motels, hotels, bed and breakfast inns as well as agricultural land and facilities. Appraisal assignments have numbered in excess of 3,000 with a total cumulative valuation in excess of $3.0 billion.
Clients have included major banking institutions specializing in both conventional and SBA loans, mortgage companies, government agencies, community development corporations as well as attorneys, accountants, developers, and private parties. Assignments have consisted of fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold analyses for loan underwriting, estate planning, and marital dissolution. Whole and fractional interest analyses can be performed based on client needs.
